PAYD has been developed by Kerrie-Anne Bradley, an experienced Pilates teacher specialising in rehabilitation and posture. Our 45-minute workshops are an accessible way of learning how to sit better and move more without having to leave your desk!
Whether it be a wellbeing week, induction programme, or a series of progressive workshops, we can put together workshops that meet your requirements. All we need is some space, chairs and people dressed comfortably in their usual work clothes.
